Wednesday - March 13, 2024 – Travel day for campers to arrive in town from all over the nation! Informal, non-mandatory meet & greet poolside at the host hotel. Meet camp director Jim Ramsey along with camp sponsors and instructors from 5:30pm – 8pm. You will be able to complete your registration and pick up your camp wrist band if you choose.

Thursday – March 14, 2024 – Spring Training Opens!
8:00am - 9:00am - Gates open for Registration, Wrist Bands - Camp T Shirt Distribution
9:00am – Spring Training Starts A full day of softball from batting practice to scrimmages games, tips from the pros, contests and more. The day wraps up at 5pm, but remember nothing is mandatory, this is your camp and you can come and go as you please!

Friday – March 15, 2024 -
Fields open at 9am with another full day of softball. Contests, scrimmage games, batting practice, defensive clinic and sessions with the instructors and pros. Camp wraps up at 5pm. Pros/Camp instructors - some of the sport's top players representing their brands working with you to help improve your game!

Saturday - March 16, 2024 - Fields open at 9am with another full day of softball. Contests, scrimmage games, batting practice, defensive clinic and sessions with the pros. During lunch hour there will be the Spring Training contest winners awards, giveaways, prizes along with some cash off future camps and maybe even win a “Free Ride” to a future camp! Activities and Spring Training 2024 wraps up at 4pm.

Sunday - March 17, 2024 - Travel day back home.

Lunch – Yes - Part of your camp registration. Welcome back Juan of Kay's BBQ! For those of you who attended our camps the first 15 years you will remember Juan's food and service! Each day there will be lunched served as part as your camp registration.

Refreshments/Sports Drinks - Yes – Part of your camp registration an endless supplied refreshment area stocked full of water, sports drinks and soft drinks. Available each day during camp!

Sponsors – Louisville Slugger, Dudley Sports, Jugs Pitching Machines, Miken Sports, Worth Sports, DeMarini Sports, Easton Sports, GTees, along with the Space Coast Office of Tourism.

Vendors - There will be a vendor alley setup each day with sponsors products and gear for sale and great deals.

Demo Bats - There will be demo bats in assorted weights and models from all the sponsoring bat manufacturers that can be used in all of the camp activities, games and batting practice. It's like having your own mini Bat Wars!

Lodging – Travel arrangements and cost is the responsibility of the trainer. Lodging is also the responsibility of the trainer.

Closest Airports: Orlando International (airport code MCO) is 45 minutes straight drive to the coast and then a five minute ride down I95 South to the host hotel or the fields. Also there is Melbourne Regional Airport in Melbourne, FL (airport code MLB) and is located about twenty minutes south of the Viera area. It's a very small airport that sometimes has great deals from US Airways or Delta hubs. It's very easy to get in and out of but can be pricey compared to Orlando.
